Today we practice for the test next week. We practice the major scale. Joshua is first, I am next, then Dita, Joanna, Putri, Louis, and Ryan.

First Mr Sadrakh took our attendance, then we practice for the test. (10 December) We practice the major scale. Joshua went first, I am next, then Dita, Joanna, Putri, Louis, and Ryan. I have trouble with doing the f major scale, and Mr.Herry told me to practice more. It was fun.. ^^

Today we practice our songs in our own instruments for the assessment on Wednesday next 2 weeks. (10 December)
We all must also play the major scales. (C, D, E, F, G, A, and B)

Today Mr.John took our absence and then he taught us the Major Scales and we review everything. He asked the students questions and the students that cannot answer it will stand up. It was really fun..

Today we were taught about flats and sharps again for review. We were given an activity about it.



Instrument Class:

Today in Instrument class I learnt about the inversions in the C, D, E, F, G, A, and B major scale. And we play it in the piano...

Theory:
first Mr. took our attendance and today we learnt about major scale, sharps and flats, and the intervals (again) and prepare for the assessment. Mr. asked the students a lot of questions about it.

Today some of my friends took the test again. Piano went first, violin went second, next is flute, then last is guitar.

Today is the assessment task...

Today is the assessment , so each of us play our own melody in our instrument. Violin went first, Piano went next, guitar followed, and the last is flute. I was nervous when I played my melody so I got a few mistakes. I asked for a re-test. So next week, I'm going to do it again

Today we don't have instrument class because we had the assessment

Theory:
We learnt about the flat (b) major and we had a quiz as well.
Piano:
I did my melody in my piano and practice for the assessment tomorrow.

Theory:
We submit the hard-copy of our Finale(16-bars melody pentatonic). And some of the students play their melodies in their instrument.

Piano:
We played the melody in the piano. It was a disaster!

Theory:
We talked about how to write the lyrics and notes in the Finale. We must submit the Finale (hard-copy) by tomorrow.

Piano:
We discussed about the alternative notes in the left hand so wwe can play it differently( broken, chord.. etc)

Theory Class:
We copied our lyrics that we made to the assessment paper and we talked about Finale software and how to download it

Instrument Class:
Today Mr. Herry cannot come so Ms. Melvina replaced him. We played our 16 bars melody again in the piano 1 by 1. That's all we did..^^

Theory Class:
I am really happy beacause I finished my music assessment and today, we wrote it down in the assessment paper.. And we sang Silver moon 2 by 2 (Mr.Sadrakh pick our partners) like last time.
Instrument Class:
Today in Piano we talked about the Finale Software and how to download it. We are going to put our melody and the lyrics using the software and print it out

Theory Class
Today we sang an Indonesian song called "Gundul Pacul" and we wrote down our homework about writing the lyrics in our own melody(16 Bars)

Instrument Class
I played my melody(16 bars) with the chord and Mr.Herry corrected some that are wrong.I also did it in the broken chord

Today Mr.Sadrakh checked our melody(16 bars) homework. And he gave us a new song. It is a chinese song entitled Xiao Yin Chuan(Silver Moon Boat)

Instrument Class
Today in Instrument class I checked my melody with Mr. Herry but some of it is wrong so I need to correct and review it myself...

Today Mr.Sadrakh and Mr.Herry checked our homework (the E major scale) and Mr. Sadrakh thought us about the pentatonic scale and gave us a homework about it ( make a melody )

We made a melody in Instrument class, for me it is not easy and I did not finish it yet. I am going to continue it at home..

Theory Class
Today, Mr.Sadrakh taught us the major scale, why is it called natural scale, why is it called major scale, and he told us about C and G major scale.
I found out that my piano assessment score is 90/100.

Intstrument Class
In instrument class, we are reflecting about what we did in the term 1 and what are we supposed to prepare for term 2.

Theory Class:

Today is the assessment for piano, guitar, violin, and flute instrument. I was really, really nervous!!! But in the end I did it...
When I play, I get a few mistakes, but I think it's still kind of good. The song I played is called Canon.
Because of the assessment, we do not have time for instrument class... ^^
